TRiO Educational Opportunity Centers (EOC) provide financial aid information, application assistance and neutral college access services to low-income, first generation adults of all ages. Veterans, displaced or underemployed workers, eligible immigrants, and school stop-outs in the Metro area receive priority. |
Educational Opportunity Centers located throughout the country serves displaced or underemployed workers, veterans, immigrants, and others from families with incomes under $24,000. EOC helps adults to choose a college, make career decisions, and help apply for financial aid. There are 138 Educational Opportunity Centers in America serving 210,000 individuals.
